Sometimes as an artist you play like a child with a box of crayons. For Whisper I played with paper, tape, a fork, a spoon, some gel medium and paint. Not concerned with the outcome, I layered up, wiped away, and let myself get lost in the process. Then, the process began to create something… 

I heard it softly whispering to me. I listened. When I was done, I ripped the tape away from the paper. Unconcerned with perfection, I gave this piece its jagged edge. I’m happy I heard that whisper.
